Yes! 2 separate socializing spaces indoors and a wrap-around deck outside. The adults enjoy gathering on the main living level, while the kids play video games and air hockey in the family room. Waterville Retreat is the ideal place to create family memories.

Each socializing space has its unique charm: the living room has a two couches, two chairs, an electric fireplace, big screen smart TV and a wall of glass – enjoy those views - amazing foliage is just outside. The family room is great for hosting game night with plenty of space for the everyone to stretch out. The game room has fun for the kid in all of us! Enjoy 1980's era video games! Have fun playing Pac Man, Galaga, and more! Air hockey table is ready for your family enjoyment. Convert air hockey table to ping-pong, or play board games! Chess, checkers, backgammon, tic-tac-toe, monopoly, and more! The playroom has all these games along with fantastic space for 9 to easily watch the big screen (70-inch) Smart TV. Catch the game and root for your favorite team or watch a great movie!

Waterville Retreat is great for socializing, and great for sleeping too! Plenty of beds for everyone. Waterville Retreat sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms! A mix of twin beds, full beds, and king beds – means singles and couples are all easily accommodated. 2 full baths round out the accommodations.

Waterville Retreat is conveniently located in the heart of Waterville Valley as part of the Waterville Estates Community. The Waterville Estates Community Center has many amenities: indoor an outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tub, pub, restaurant, arcade, gym, kids play room, and more! Waterville Retreat provides 2 guests passes for our guests to use and access the Community Center. These guest passes provide access to the community center for 2 of the guests. Additional daily guest passes can be purchased at the community center.

Enjoy skiing at the Campton Mountain Ski Area, also part of the Waterville Estates community. Night skiing is a Campton Mountain specialty. Campton Mountain Base Lodge features a pub with entertainment many weekends. Waterville Estates guest passes can be used to purchase reduced price lift tickets at Campton Mountain Ski Area.

Waterville Estates has so many amazing amenities - 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, saunas, tennis courts, basketball court, horse shoe pits, shuffleboard, arcades, fitness center, play ground, fishing pond, swimming pond, a pub and a restaurant. Resort living at it's best! Please know, included in your rental of Waterville Retreat are 2 guest passes to Waterville Estates Community Center. If additional passes are required, they can be purchased from the nearby Community Center.

Waterville Retreat is an excellent location - close to amazing outdoor fun – hike, bike, ski, swim. Many ski areas are within 20 minutes: Waterville Valley, Campton Mountain, Loon Mountain, and more. Check out Echo Lake with beaches, picnic tables and grills. Head over to the Pemigewasset River for tubing. Hiking is all around you: meander around the Polar Caves, climb along the Flume, or traverse the Franconia Notch – over 500 hiking trails within 30 minutes.

Campton Mountain Ski Area

Located conveniently in Waterville Estates. The ski area offers Local Night Skiing and Family Fun. With three main trails (beginner, intermediate and expert) averaging 1,550 feet in length, accessed by the original Swiss made 1969 Städeli compact double chairlift, custom, locally engineered beginners rope tow, there is just enough terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders.

The panoramic views of the ski trails as seen from the rustic, museum-like atmosphere of the Tail Spin Lounge (located in the Base Lodge), offer the unique experience of enjoying top notch food and services with the ability to keep an eye on all other skiers and snowboarders in your group.
