Nice place, casino and friendly staff. The only problem was the AC units in both our room were very loud and definitely needs some maintenance!! Didn't sleep much due to the noise.

Front desk staff were very good. Asked for daily housekeeping and all we got was more coffee and shampoo. Little pieces of garbage was left in bathroom on the floor and on the carpet in front of the bed. Bed wasn't even made again - didn't epect sheets changed but thought the bed would have been made up. Very poor case of housekeeping.

We had a good stay at the hotel but I was disappointed there wasn’t a dresser or drawer space to put clothes in. (Only shelves) There also was no hair dryer but the front desk provided me with one when I asked.

Friday and Saturday supper is buffet, we sat at our table expecting to have the option to order from the menu as well. We had already ordered our drinks as we were not told it was Chinese buffet only. We finished and left to another restaurant. Hotel staff were great! Wish the server had explained the buffet before we sat down. Window in our suite had an old handprint on it

The chair in the handocappped room we were given was absolutely disgusting...wouldnt even sell at a garage sale. Not sure why we had the handicapped room...the toilet was awkward to use as well as the "walk in shower"??

It's inconvenient design that you can't find the hotel entrance and it's so far away from the parking lot making loading and unloading difficult. Our room didn't get replacement towels, they just took the used ones. Our cups were not replaced either. I had to go the front desk to get what we needed for the next day. Highly recommend bringing a foam mattress to use on the hide-a-bed. It was hard and you could feel only springs making the floor a preferred area of sleep. When we did pull out the couch bed there were food crumbs and popcorn all over it. That was over looked but the rest of the room seemed decently cleaned. Unfortunately the pool was under construction after we already booked with Expedia with a no return policy. Otherwise we would have switched hotels. The pool and hot tub were the selling points on the hotel for me. It was nice there were breakfast vouchers included with the stay. The kitchenette was also really nice to have.
