This hotel is above a bunch of stores like a strip mall. Very sketchy and unsafe looking area. As soon as you walk in there is a bunch of dirt and water on the lobby floor. Looked like there were c** stains on the bed skirt, dirty floors and counters, and the door latch didn’t work. Outside the building was sketchy drunk people walking around. Do Not Recommend. We left immediately and asked for our money back and were told because we booked thru expedia we would have to deal with them. Expedia says they should have refunded us. The fight is on now for my refund. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this property. Have booked thru Expedia many times but this was the worst.

Host Harman Barat was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and went way above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my own balcony!

The area around the property with “street people” made the area unsightly and feel a bit unsafe. Especially in the back Didn’t feel safe going on the balcony facing the apartment building with street people in the parking lot below.

The front desk was rude and ignorant and very slow at checking in. Charged me an extra night when i told her on check in that i was leaving. So very mad Lockrd door on Saturday night gad to wait in the rain outside for 15 minutes.
