Spa was closed at the time, but was not an issue as the property is so well located on beautiful beach which gives plenty of relaxation!

Stayed in lovely beach front accommodation with outside area with sun beds, parasol and bath. Restaurant offers good choice of food and cocktails with friendly, helpful staff. Good location on nice beach.

- pool was not cleaned properly - food in restaurant is expensive - unlimited breakfast but you have to order and wait - room was good , hot water available - pool timing is limited until 7pm

I had a wonderful stay at Simrose Resort in Agonda, and what truly stood out was the exceptional staff and restaurant experience. The team were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The service was consistently excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. The staff genuinely care about their guests, and it shows. I would highly recommend Simrose Resort for anyone visiting Agonda.
