This breezy and comfortable apartment boasts a huge balcony and complete amenities, just like in the comfort of your own home.

To get the keys, you can drive 4 minutes from the apartment, approximately 800m away, or take a leisurely 4-minute walk, covering a distance of 250m if you don't plan on bringing a car.

This apartment is located on Level 5 of the Wayfarer Building. It is a cosy home away from home with access to an indoor pool on level 26.

BEDROOMS:
This apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds topped with fresh linen. Our linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of wardrobe space.
The master bedroom offers beautiful views of Black Mountain and the Telstra tower while the second bedroom has a feature wall of frosted glass.

BATHROOM:
This property has 2 bathrooms - one of which is an en-suite. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

Exhaust fan - this will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- refrigerator
- stovetop/oven (due to the model limitations of the oven, the "grill option" should not be used otherwise, the oven may stop working)
- microwave
- dishwasher
- plates, glasses, and utensils
- cooking pots and pans

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. It also has a couch, bean bag and cushioned ottoman that makes tv marathons more comfortable. Please be sure to check out the puzzles inside the ottoman!

We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.

The balcony is the biggest in the building!

PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
There are also options for free and paid street parking.
Visitors' car spaces located directly outside the front doors - are very limited.
Free parking in the McDonald’s car park adjacent (at own risk).

COMMON AREA:
You will have the access to the building's pool on the 26th floor throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Note:
We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
There's possibly dust accumulation due to some building works.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is chatterbox which is just a 5-minute walk down the road.

Ideally, you would drive. There is unlimited parking beside Mcdonald's if you have multiple cars.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.

7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.

9.⁠ ⁠The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
