The property is approximately a 20-minute drive from Canberra Airport or a 3-hour drive to Sydney CBD.

Other Things to Note:
- To access the on-site parking and scan the fob at the car park entrance. (Maximum clearance 2.2 m) Drive up and turn right when you see the V12 car space (opposite to the stairs, in the middle of the car park) then turn right again and the unit car space is second to the left-hand side.
-There are no stairs on the property.
