This hotel is closed and should not be available to book. I was taken to a different hotel which was awful customer service. In this connected age, it is not acceptable. Before my arrival I had contacted the hotel via expedia to arrange a twin bed as my friend had changed plans and was going to arrive early. I received no reply. When my friend arrived I was charged 600 pesos, a situation that would have been avoided if they had the courtesy to reply to my email. The room rate is exactly the same when booking for 1, 2 or 3 people so this felt intimidating when a woman was present at 1am. The staff blamed expedia for everything and take no responsibility. The new hotel (Hacienda) is musty with a poor breakfast. I left after one night of a 2 day booking which was a great decision. Avoid this place.

Hotel manager saved the day. Expedia advertised and booked us into a Hotel under renevation (closed). You can not phone Expedia or talk to someone. All computer generated chats with virtual agents. Will not book through them ever again. Rather use bookings .com.

The hotel I actually booked was closed for renovations, and no one notified me about this until I arrived there. This was extremely inconvenient. After that I needed to go to a different hotel, which ended up being very nice.

We have stayed in several hotels in the area. This one is by far our favorite. Very clean, decent breakfast, nice pool and lobby. All the elevators worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here. This will be our new place to stay when we’re staying in central Cancun.

We stayed here for a night and were perfect. Easy check in/out, great location, private parking , in-house restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. I see bad comments here. You need to book based on your needs.

Very nice hotel with very good staff; only issue was some loud hall cleaning around 9:30am (I urge the hotel to consider if this sound is necessary) and in-and-out WiFi in my room (110). I’d def. stay there again - breakfasts were awesome!

Overnight stay in Cancun on way to other destination. Hotel was close to bus terminal, close to restaurants. Included breakfast was the usual, pool was nice but had no towels, water pressure was week, there was only 2 bottles of fresh drinking water, no recycling of plastic bottles.

The hotel is located in a great area for exploring. It was clean and all the staff was bilingual. On the first day they offered us a map so we could explore downtown. Breakfast had several items to chose from. We would definitely stay there again.
