The room we stayed at, the floor was very dirty and there was urine on the toilet and floor. We called customer service and they sent someone to clean it, it still smelled like urine even after being “cleaned”. Nobody came to clean our room the following day, we called customer service who said someone was coming right away and they never did. The next day I downloaded the palace app and requested room cleaning and still no one came. My husband went to the manager to complain and was told someone would come to clean it. Earlier that day we ordered room service for breakfast, we spent the day at the pool and returned later that day to get ready for dinner and only to see that still no one came for the second day. I called customer service again, After we returned from dinner we saw the room had finally been cleaned. Also upon arrival we were greeted by a customer representative who offered to give us a day pass to moon palace, their other location. It ended up being a scam, we spent half the day on a tour and harassed into trying to get a membership. The female sales rep at moon palace was incredibly rude and dismissive after we had to be stern about our reply. After refusing the membership we were hesitant to take the day pass feeling uncomfortable and left after dragging our kids there under false pretenses. Otherwise the food at the resort and restaurants were excellent, waiters and waitresses were very attentive & friendly. But I wouldn’t stay there again.
