I spent 3 nights with my family at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive, and our overall experience was phenomenal. I upgraded to a suite on the 7th floor with a beach view and a wrap around balcony with a pool view; it was big and beautiful and the kids loved it. Room service prepared and delivered 3 meals(pasta, a burger and a sandwich) in 30 minutes at 200am. The personnel was friendly and professional. The food was excellent at Auma, Maxal; Vela's buffets(breafast and dinner) were varied and outstanding. I wish I had been able to eat one of Vela's lunches. Sunan, the Asian restaurant, was so so. The Azulinda market had good food overall. Their chocolate and strawberry cakes were chewy because they were made with fondant, stay away from those. Their coffee is very good. I was not able to get a reservation for la luce. The Churros were great. It would be a good idea to get there early if you want to book reservations to their best restaurants, otherwise it can get complicated. They have a car rental service and a tour booking service on site and available shuttles to their sister property and the Cancun Airport. Kid's corner had ton of activities for kids including moving nights, spanish classes, face painting and si much more...It is a great place for kids and teens.
All in all, it was an outstanding experience. I will definitely return if I am ever in that area of Cancun.
