The resort is very nice and very clean. Rooms very pretty, don’t like the bathroom glass with kids/teens in the room not the best idea u see everything from the room.U need to clothes in the shower . Room with swim area it’s not really for swim more just to sit, also water is cold. Food was good. Not to much to do for teenagers, weather was not the best so they were bored. Staff and service very nice.

Hilton Cancun All-inclusive is a must!! It was my first time at an all-inclusive and I hands down would do it again!! But never with anyone that doesn’t offer everything we had on this visit! My friends and I planned this weekend trip to celebrate our best friends upcoming wedding. And I must say Hilton did not disappoint! We felt cared for by the staff and cannot speak enough good things about each of the servers and staff we interacted with. I love the experience and would do it again and again! Can’t wait for the next time.

My 2 toddlers had a great time at the resort! It rained on and off and there was so much for them to do at the Kid's Corner. The outdoor playground is great and so are the inside playrooms. The splash pool was perfect for little kids, they could walk through on their own. As far as the rest, i have never stayed in a resort where the staff goes out of there way to ignore/serve. You get seated at the resort and you have to flag someone down for drinks. You get coffee, they never come back for refills. So much staff at the outdoor bars but i had to walk up from the pool every time and get my drinks. On one occasion i ordered 4 drinks and had to make 2 trips, no offer to bring the drinks over for me. I am definitely not used to this from other resorts. It was rainy and windy so not many people by the pool, not sure why all the staff was hanging out at the pool bar and couldn't help. The late night show was moved from the outdoor theater to the lobby but they never announced. People were waiting in the theather. We were told by staff that Sunan was closed for lunch but we were never told that the restaurant was moved to another restaurant indoors for lunch. You have to wait at the buffet stations for someone to come and serve you at the stations. A manager was standing there while i was waiting for chilaquiles and he did not say anything to me about staff not being present. I had to go up to him and ask. He didn't respond to me and and went to get someone.

This place is so incredibly beautiful! My husband and I had an amazing time. The staff is friendly and everyone is so hospitable. They offer a variety of activities and just offer an amazing experience over all.

Resort is beautiful and rooms are good but didn't like bathroom and beds have transparency. Glasses as partitions didn't help. No exhaust fan is big issue. Looks good but not great for 2 beds room, need curtain because for every small thing I had to go to bathroom for changing clothes, or for quick private things. No transportation provided from entrance to door of Resort and it is toooo much inside from main road. I felt taxi service we took from Resort had resort commission as they were giving us more price then what taxi driver was offering. If you are going just couple for privacy and quiet time this is good. Services were great.

Our stay at Hilton Cancun was absolutely fantastic. We want to give special recognition to Manager Edwin, whose attention to detail and care for guests was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Additionally, Chef Ruben truly elevated our experience. he made sure to accommodate any request with a smile. The entire staff at Hilton Cancun deserves praise. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the restaurant teams, their dedication to providing top-tier service was evident. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful pools, well-maintained grounds, and breathtaking views. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the all-inclusive aspect made it easy to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, Hilton Cancun exceeded our expectations in every way.
