Went with a party of 10 rooms, spent a lot at their restaurant and bar for a night, we just stayed there to rest and prepare for the next day. The day we were checking out we rented taxi vans to take us and a lady ( curly hair) from the staff went outside to ask us to keep it moving and be fast, she was extremely rude and followed by a fat guy told us we needed to be faster even though I had disable people with wheel chairs. They were upset because we didn’t use their transportation which is a scam. They want to charge 8,000 pesos (400 dlls) for a 2 mile trip from airport to their location. Will never recommend this place, they lack touch, and class.

We initially thought we could walk to the hotel from the airport, and it might have been manageable without luggage. However, with bags in tow, it was challenging because there were no crosswalks, and the one sidewalk didn’t provide easy access to one. I’d definitely recommend arranging for their shuttle to pick you up. We did this on our way out the next day, and both the driver and staff were very kind, accommodating, and punctual. Thanks to our fast driver, we made it in time for our bus to Mérida. One drawback was that our room was connected to another, and we could hear sounds that a family would rather not hear, along with conversations and other noise. Thankfully, we were only staying one night.
