I understand that Ibis hotels offer basic services, but I was quite disappointed with this particular location. To make matters worse, my wife left a ring behind that should have been easy to locate. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, the response we received was far from satisfactory. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Will break this down by category. Expedia: Easy to book end stop. Only issue was breakfast being included and having to work this out each morning. Small matter but be ready. Hotel (IBIS): Check-in easy. Staff great. Room service excellent. Parking, perfect. Issue... room key working each day. Everyday had to get the key reset. Overall this was a good stay and booking.
