Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns. Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties.

Ótimo custo benefício

Tirando os vendedores de multipropriedade da Laghetto foi muito bom. Esses caras são muito chatos e inconvenientes. Te abordam o tempo todo. Agora o hotel é muito bom, é um hotel novo o quarto é confortável as áreas comuns são boas. O espaço kids é salão de jogos também é muito bom. A cama não é muito confortável, achamos ela muito molenga.

Foi uma estadia muito boa! Atendimento nota 10! A infraestrutura é maravilhosa, o hotel muito receptivo e funcionários muito cordiais. O único ponto negativo que deixo foi o réveillon que foi um tanto quanto desanimado. Faltou mais brilho para um evento à altura do hotel. Mas o restante, só elogios!

Não é Hotel 4 estrelas! 😠

Ruim, não é hotel 4 estrelas, toalhas velhas, parecem pano de chão, péssima limpeza, chão quarto estava encardido, notifiquei a recepção e nada mudou, no check in solicitei a atendente Bettina quarto mais espaçoso… Simplesmente não cabia o berço no quarto, e até o check out nada foi feito, PÉSSIMO,atendentes da recepção despreparados. Café da manhã ultra básico, sem qualidade.
