The condos themselves were great perfect for what we needed we had a few glitches upon checkin with one that was never resolved and the other was resolved the next day. The gentleman working the front desk was great and as helpful as he could be

I’ve already stated what was wrong. We had to keep a window open all night and even then the temperature in our room was 23 C. Temperature outside was 4 C. Even with heat turned off the unit was still blowing out hot air !!!

Unfortunately, we had a number of issues during our stay - the lock on our door wouldn’t lock, another guest stole our assigned parking spot when we returned late one evening after attending a wedding, and the guests above our unit were very loud and hosted a party well into the night, during quiet hours. I do have to say that the staff was very responsive and helpful in resolving these issues quickly. That said, the units are not soundproofed enough, and we had to sleep with the A/C on the highest setting to try to drown out the sound coming from other units, including footsteps, furniture and objects moving and people coming and going using the metal stair cases for the upper units. Otherwise, having a kitchenette was great, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. There is road work in the area that caused significant trafic right out front and made it somewhat difficult to navigate.

The only downside of this property was that the train line was at the back of the property running all through the night. They did supply ear plugs . The apartment we had was a three bedroom apartment was clean and a good size with one onsuite ,a shared bathroom and a separate toilet on the lower floor. The location was a 10 minute walk from the town but there are a few nice food places near by

Cute and cosy accommodation which is very well equipped and very clean. Good location. Only downside were the people upstairs noisily going up and down the metal outdoor stairs, especially banging their suitcases on the stairs early on a Sunday morning. Overall a pretty good place to stay
Had a great stay at this resort. only a couple of things that could have made it better. One is that they were not overly up front with the hot tub when we booked the stay they should have informed us the hot tub was being serviced on the day we booked instead they waited until after we booked to let us know about this situation. Also there was a sewer gas type smell in the main bath. Never figured that out? lastly the parking and access to the suite could be a bit more descriptive. Seems however that guest were helpful with each other to determine how to access and find parking. It all worked out. I would definitely book here again.
