RETURN VISIT
Once again we have stayed at this flat owned by a small well run company who have about 60 apartments. This is very centrally located and well equipped even with coffee machine. Night life and restaurant minutes away. Although central this flat is very quiet and even close to train station. Beach is about 3 minutes walk! Management office nearby who are attentive and delightful. Price very competitive and less than hotel!

The apartments were clean and spacious, a luxury in Cannes! The apartments were pretty close to all the shopping and boardwalk. The bed was so comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

Great Central Cannes Apartments
This was our second stay at Florella Apartments which are a small private company operating some 100 apartments or so, I think - Very well run with local admin office staffed with very friendly helpful team of people. With central apartments like these, you really don’t need a hotel which would be much more expensive!! Great for families too - fully equipped with nice little touches like hair dryers/soaps - you don’t need to bring anything like towels either - Well done Florella !!

Easy, clean and comfortable
The apartment is in a great location and felt nice and secure with a great entry system. I did email the company a couple of times with questions and they always got back to me very quickly. The only downsides to our apartment was that it was pretty dark because we were on the ground floor and the windows faced a brick wall, so we had to have the lights on all the time. The other was that the shower was in the bedroom, which im sure would work for most, but as it was myself, my teenage daughter and a friend it was a little inconvenient when getting ready to go out. The apartment has all you need and was a good size. I would definitely stay with them again.

Don't stay here.
They weren't clear on Parking arrangements. When we parked in court yard they were very rude and threatened to call police. Ridiculous. We chose the apartment to do a project and so had lots of paper work to unload plus luggage. They were very hostile. I have 40 years travel industry experience this is the worst treatment I have ever had.

Neighborhood ok with good restaurants across the street, but unattractive. Cannes is small so easy to get anywhere. apartment was roomy and very well equipped. all was fine.

This apartment was perfect for the four of us. The facilities were tidy, well kept and modern and the wifi was fast and reliable for my teenagers. The reservation service was extremely helpful and kept contact with us right up until we arrived and after we left. We loved the location - right opposite the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying there again and can highly recommend to anyone considering booking for their stay.

Very reasonable off-season price, good service
Given the good location (central, but sat back from the street so there was less noise in teh evening) the price was very reasonable (admittedly in the most off part of off-season). The hotel staff was reachable by e-mail and very helpful. The little apartment had reasonable facilities. The only negative point was how compact the bathroom/toilet was. The shower cubicle would pose an access problem for the bigger or less mobile customer.
