Superb apartment in the Banana in Cannes near the Beaches and the Croisette
I offer for rent this pleasant spacious, bright studio with an optimized layout whose entrance is located rue du Suquet (pedestrian street), in the center of Cannes and overlooking a small quiet lane.
You are in the heart of the historic and lively district of Cannes, while being a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals (ideal location for congresses) but also very close to the beaches (300m).
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small secure building, consisting of 6 apartments. You go down a few steps, cross a corridor serving as an airlock, and you find yourself in the heart of this unique and very lively district, with its restaurants and bars (there is something for everyone ...)
At 100m there is also a Casino grocery store covering a wide time slot.
The apartment overlooks a small lane in the center of Cannes, in a quiet area, near the Palais des Festivals and rue d'Antibes, a stone's throw from the Forville market, the beaches and the Croisette.
In terms of equipment, this apartment is air conditioned. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, senso coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. There is also TV (TNT) and a WIFI internet connection.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The apartment was renovated in 2017.
Regarding the beds, there is a wardrobe bed (real 160cm wide bed invisible during the day), as well as a very comfortable convertible sofa (160cm bed also). Sheets and duvet covers are provided.
If you are on foot, the location is ideal because everything is nearby.
Parking your car nearby will not be a problem. There are free parking possibilities in the street at 100m, so far I have always managed to park in free parking lots and I am rather demanding on the place where I park my car. But there is also a paying car park at 50m or otherwise you can also park your car in the paying but secure underground car park which is guarded 24 hours a day (subscription possible for the day and the week).
