There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, raccoon, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home (do not chase them.) For this reason we ask that you leave the trash can locked and at the end of the driveway.
We do not allow late check-outs.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking.
You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. Blankets can be found in the labeled tote in the laundry room.
Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :)

Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. Thank you!

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. We are close to the Riverwalk, Centennial Park and the downtown area. We are also close to many of the attractions Canon City has to offer like the Royal Gorge Rail route, rafting, jeep tours, Royal Gorge Bridge and many more.
The entire home is for your use. You will have 2 bedrooms and bathroom, use of washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, front and back patio, TV with Netflix.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen (stocked with most everything you could need to cook a great meal at home). Full laundry room, dining room and an additional living space with a foosball table and sofa sleeper.
Newly xeriscaped, fully fenced yard (majority is privacy fence) is great for starting your morning with coffee in the fresh Colorado air or relaxing in the evening after exploring all our area has to offer. Also great if brining your furry friend.
Guests will have access to the entire space (minus the garage). The garage is locked and we ask you not access it.
We allow smoking (also 420 friendly) outside and sand buckets are provided for disposal of butts.
Check-in instructions were sent with your welcome message right after booking.
No large parties allowed. If you do anything illegal, you will be asked to leave.
Our neighbors are awesome, so please keep noise outside the house to a minimum.

Taxi service is available in Canon City, but there are no public buses for transportation. Motorcycle riding, bike trails, hiking trails, and rafting are our main forms of 'getting around'.
We are not far from the Riverwalk which is a great place to get some exercise.
There are a couple EV charging stations at 420 Main St, Canon City (north side of Hwy 50). There is also one EV charging station at Pueblo Community College - Fremont Campus in Canon City. It is on the North side of the building. Address is: 51320 US-50, Cañon City, CO 81212.
