We stayed for two nights at the resort as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe and our room was located in the main building above reception, so no balcony or porch. The room was adequate, but nothing special. You can tell it's designed for families to stay for a long period of time. I couldn't tell if the hotel was designed to look dated (1960s) or if it just needs an update, but either way the effect was the same. The room was clean, but not spotless (especially the bathroom), the shower leaked all over the floor, there was no air conditioning (a fan was provided), no ventilation for the bathroom and the common areas needed a good cleaning. The staff was mixed on their friendliness. Several individuals were nice, but some were rude or unwilling to help. We asked at the front desk for additional towels to use at the pool and were told that the towels provided (2 bath sheets, 2 smaller towels and 2 hand towels) were all we would receive for our stay. Since we had already used the bath sheets to shower that morning and thought we would have to use them again the next day, we were left with the two smaller towels. It would have been a small annoyance had we not returned to our room later that day to a fresh set of towels from the maid service. The biggest issue we encountered was that it was a resort property, so there was a kids disco that went on every night until around 10:30pm. It took away any chance for a quiet evening. Overall, this hotel was not for us.
