Large characteristic country house divided into three apartments, situated in a wonderful location near Lucca. Private fenced swimmingpool, view and WIFI.

This stone-built farmhouse divided into three separate apartments. It is situated in a marvellous position among the hills just 15 km northeast of Lucca. The area is unspoiled with olive groves and vine yards but still conveniently located with easy access to Lucca and other interesting sites in Tuscany. The house has been totally restored in full respect of Tuscan tradition maintaining the beamed ceilings and the terra cotta floors. At the same time it has been supplied with all modern equipments such as sat-tv and Blue Ray.
The interiors are very tasteful in typical Tuscan style.

Podere Oasi is built on two floors and the apartments are situated both on the ground floor and on the first floor on different levels. The house is surrounded by a large garden from which there is a beautiful view over the landscape. Each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area in the garden.
About 100 mts below the house surrounded by the olive trees there is a beautiful swimming (7 x 14 mt, 1,20 - 2,50 mt deep) which has a salt cleaning system and is totally fenced. Even if the pool is fenced we remind you that children in or around the pool must be kept under adult supervision at all times.

The apartment Oasi 1 (first and second floor with attic) - Pers. 6+2 - M2. 135 consists of:
Entrance through external staircase, living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay), kitchenette (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, Amercian coffee maker, kettle), a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, another bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. On the attic storey there are two twin beds, a bathroom with shower. Due to the low ceiling this bed room is more suitable for children or teenagers.

The apartment Oasi 2 (ground floor) - Pers. 4+2 - M2. 90 consists of:
Living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay) with double sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, American coffee maker, kettle) a bed room with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.

The apartment Oasi 3 (two floors) - Pers. 4 - M2. 90 consists of:
On the ground floor living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay) , kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, American coffee maker, kettle). On the upper floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.

The last 400 mt down to the house is gravel road and not suitable for sport cars or very low cars.

This is a brilliant house to stay in - the bedrooms were spacious, the grounds were beautiful and the pool was large. The house and the pool both had great views. One of the best properties we've stayed in. I wanted to give the local manager, Manuela, a particularly strong recommendation - when one of our group suffered from a back injury and needed to be taken to hospital she really went above and beyond in making sure that everything was dealt with, and even drove one of our party to the hospital with her.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Freunden und das Haus war perfekt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, die Zimmer sind schön und ruhig. Der Aussenbereich ist perfekt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Verwalterin Manuela. Sie organisierte Taxis, gab super Restaurrantempfehlungen und war immer erreichbar. 5/5 Sterne! Danke!

Wir hatten in einer großen Freundesgruppe viel Spaß vor Ort. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Leider hatte die vorherige Reisegruppe wohl etwas gewütet. Eine Dusche ging erst nicht, eine Spülmaschine war kaputt und eine Sitzgelegenheit war gebrochen. Beim Unwetter tropfte es in einem Zimmer von der Decke. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig bis stylisch. Highlight ist die Fernsicht in die Toskana.

Ett fantastiskt hus mitt i det sköna Toscana. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.
Vi firade en födelsedag i detta fina hus med barn och barnbarn, alla var mycket nöjda. Huset låg något mer avsides än vad vi hade förstått men det löstes med en kort biltur på morgonen för att handla färskt bröd mm. Vi lagade mycket mat själva och det var i alla lägenheter väl fungerande kök och även grillar utomhus. Poolen var en höjdpunkt för alla, vägen ner till poolen var ganska brant och man få gå försiktigt. I närområdet fanns flera fina ställen att äta mat och även att hämta när vi tröttnade på att laga mat. Fina rum och sköna sängar och allt väl fungerande i huset. En uppdatering av vägbeskrivningen till huset skulle behövas.

Very nice house for big groups/families on a nice location on top of the hills with perfect views
House consists of 3 separate apartments, but we used the whole house for one big group of 4 families. It has a large garden with BBQ's, large swimming pool and tennis table. The house is on top of a hill with stunning views. The road that leads to the house is very bumpy and rocky, so be aware! The house has no airco, so it is rather hot in summer. But the ventilations do help a bit. We also organized a personal chef cook, which was great. It is approximately 45 minutes to the beaches of Viareggio and about 20-25 minutes to Lucca.

Bellissima struttura in pietra, che assicura all'interno una temperatura fresca anche in agosto, quando fuori fa caldo. Le stanze sono tutte dotate di ventilatori, ma non sono stati sempre necessari. La ristrutturazione del casale con il bagno in camera in ogni stanza è una soluzione vincente per assicurare privacy anche con gruppi numerosi. Le cucine sono dotate di tutto ciò che serve a cucinare. La piscina è molto curata, ben attrezzata con sdraio, ombrelloni, lettini e doccia esterna e assicura un vero divertimento. E' importante essere forniti di prodotti anti insetti, come tafani e zanzare. La nostra esperienza ci consente di raccomandare il casale ad altri ospiti.

Super Séjour
Nous avions loué la totalité de la propriété et nous sommes tous enchantés. La bâtisse est grande, très jolie, bien décorée et bien équipée (seul petit bémol sur la literie), la vue est splendide et la piscine immense.
