First family holiday in years
We had a wonderful time in capbreton. Fabienne and Joel were such thoughtful hosts, and had thought of everything in preparation for our arrival. The villa was spotless, comfortable and probably the best air conditioning we have had on holiday. Great big pool and lots of space for our family of 5. Would highly recommend for a lazy, poolside and beach holiday. Would recommend Volt in capbreton market for amazing coffee!

Beautiful house with pool in a great location
Review by Jane, Ireland – July 2018 This is a gorgeous and spacious house kept spotlessly clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads straight out onto large balcony overlooking the pool area. It was lovely to sit out here for meals and very handy as it is right next to the kitchen. Set of stairs lead down to the completely private pool area with lots of attractive plants around – plenty of loungers and seating both in sun and shade. At the front of the house it is paved and for fun game of badminton it is perfect. Bedrooms really comfortable with air-conditioning, lots of storage space and stylish furniture. Bedroom on ground floor with en-suite bathroom ideal for grandparent (s) included in family holiday.The house is in a terrific location, in a quiet estate – but close to the boulangerie just over 5 minutes walk away. There are two large supermarkets within 6-8 minutes drive. Several great beaches within 10 minutes with lots of parking space. Plenty of restaurants in Capbreton both in centre of town and at the marina area. You can play mini-golf which is within a 5 minute walk of the house. Easy to drive to Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, San Sebastian – lovely places with lots to see. Fabienne and her husband very welcoming and helpful.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern.Strände mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern und befreundetem Paar war die Raumaufteilung perfekt.Schöne ruhige Lage am Wald und alle Strände ,sowie Capbreton mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit , deshalb kommen wir auch wieder.

Gepflegtes Familienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Capbreton. Schöne Begrünung und dadurch keine Einsicht auf das Grundstück durch Nachbarn. Strände mit Fahrrad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zuvorkommende Vermieter mit unproblematischem check-in und check-out. Ideal für Familien mit etwas älteren Kindern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Une très belle maison dans une très belle région
Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et le soin apporté à faire de notre séjour un moment fantastique. La maison est très belle, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La piscine est très belle et très propre, et c'est très agréable de se reposer sur le bord de la piscine au milieu des plantes. Capbreton est une très jolie ville et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses plages et les villes aux alentours. Nous n'étions qu'à 20 km de Bayonne et à une heure de San Sébastian. Notre séjour fut une belle parenthèse pour chacun d'entre nous.

Maison impeccable , au calme , sans aucun vis à vis, piscine agréable , très bien équipée en transats et salon de jardin Climatisation dans le salon et dans une chambre est bien agréable ; les autres chambres en auraient souhaité autant pour les jours de canicule 😊mais c’est un détail Cuisine super équipée en vaisselle et electro ménager Nos hôtes ont été merveilleux et ont répondu à nos attentes et demandes, complétées de délicates attentions à notre arrivée Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location

Après le confinement en ville et en appartement , ces deux semaines à Capbreton nous a paru une éternité de repos moral et de détente réelle : Plages, le Surf, livres , transats , un ciel bleu , du soleil...(la piscine, juste parfait !). Excellent séjour
Un séjour parfait, tant pour l’accue De Fabienne et Joël que pour la qualité des prestations fournies. Allez y les yeux fermés . Les plus : l’espace piscine très bien aménagé , Une grande plancha , Forge adour, qui permet de déguster tous les mets locaux notamment poissons et crustacés. Un séjour tranquille et au calme malgré la grosse période estivale.

Bien équipée, très propre, confortable. L espace autour de la piscine est très bien. Les différences terrasses permettent différents espaces de vie en fonction du temps et des moments de la journée. Seul bémol, l’ameublement est fragile pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge.

vacances en famille dans un cadre magnifique à CAPBRETON
Je rentre enchanté, fin juin, d'un séjour à CAPBRETON, région magnifique. La maison mise à disposition correspond tout à fait au descriptif et photos implémentés sur le site....et même plus!! La cuisine est super équipée , il ne manque rien. En outre, la "plancha" permet de profiter d'une cuisson et repas au grand air au bord d'une magnifique piscine chauffée ce qui constitue un plus . La propreté des différentes pièces, (spacieuses) ,toutes équipées d'une TV ! est à montrer en exemple. La villa est au calme, à l'abris du bruit et remarquablement située à quelques centaines de mètres du centre. Le rapport qualité prix, au regard du bien mis à disposition, est intéressant. Enfin, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, à l'écoute, et réactif, afin de faire du séjour une totale réussite, ceci sans être envahissants ( ils ne se trouvent pas sur place). Rien à ajouter....si ce n'est que j'y retournerai rapidement!

Un agréable séjour
Nous revenons enchantés de notre séjour de 2 semaines chez Fabienne et Joel Benali, un couple très accueillant et sympathique. Une belle maison agréable à vivre au quotidien pour nos 2 familles ( 4 adultes 4 enfants) Il y a tout le confort souhaité : 4 chambres 2 salles de bain, 2wc , pièces équipées de télé, Bouquet canal+ au salon , climatisation, cuisine entièrement équipée dont frigo américain ( idéal les glaçons pour l apéro !)... Parking privatif pour y garer 2 voitures. Situé dans un quartier calme proche de tout (boulangerie, Supermarche) et du centre ville , il est facile de se rendre à velo en bord de mer. Les enfants ont bien profité de la grande piscine chauffée sécurisée par rideau dont les abords viennent d être rénovés (carrelage non glissant) La région étant magnifique. Nous pensons déjà revenir l année prochaine.
