This two-story luxurious 'Villa Seadream Estate' offers all luxuries in order to spend relaxed weeks in a stunning ambiance and the fantastic climate of Florida. It offers more than enough space and comfort for up to 20 people. There are 3 huge master suites and 3 other large bedrooms, all equipped with luxury furniture and kingsize beds. There is an additional bedroom, where up to 4 kids can sleep. Through the diverse options in the house and the surrounding area, you can enjoy every minute of your holiday. The beach can be reached by bicycle or on foot, along with the tennis and squash courts or the marina. Supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants are also nearby. The large pool deck invites you to relax by the pool, but also to have a grill festival in the evening. Boat lovers will appreciate it that you just need a few minutes from the house to the river, of course, without having to go under bridges and through locks. The villa is in a very exclusive and peaceful location, which has cycling and jogging paths.


Environment: A paradise for sun lovers, water sports lovers, fishers and golfers. Countless tennis courts and golf courses in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Florida is recommended for all seasons due to its mild, sub-tropical climate. In the Spring, Fall and Winter, the temperatures are about 20-30 C, in the summer about 30-35 C. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is rarely cooler than 20 C and reaches temperatures of up to 34 C during the summer. In Cape Coral, all imaginable tropical plants grow due to the sub-tropical climate. Shopping around the clock - the shopping centres and supermarkets in the entire region guarantee this. Restaurants and bars for all tastes and friendly service can be found everywhere. Good doctors and a modern hospital are available in Cape Coral. Arrival: Direct flights from Germany with Eurowings from Dusseldorf or Munich to southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (only 30 min. from our villa). Alternatively, a lot of airlines fly to the airport in Miami (2.5 hr from our villa) or Orlando (3.5 hr from our villa). Rental cars are inexpensive directly at the airport through different agencies like Alamo, Hertz, Budget and can also be returned directly at the airport. A credit card is normally required for the booking. Directions to the villa Seadream Estate can be received from our management in advance.

There are 40 parks and lakes in Cape Coral, along with countless dream beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. We loved our stay at your property! Just a few items we thought it might be helpful to share! 1. The internet was no good- therefore we could not watch any television. As you can imagine, with kiddos, sometimes they just need to relax and watch a show. 2. Many of the drains in the bathroom were completely clogged. In both sinks and showers. 3. Lastly, the pool guy came once. This wouldn’t be awful except with 10 guests, it’s a lot of bodies in and out. The pool took on a cloudy look by day three and made it hard to want to get in. We were also hoping the pool was large enough to accompany 10 humans. Only a few of us could get in at once. This left us a little annoyed but we managed. I suggest the photo online be more realistic to its sizing. Thanks so much for great service when I’ve reached out and for the cleanliness of the home!

LOVED IT!
The home was great- very nice furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, wonderful bedrooms- loved having 6 king beds. It was very clean. Tony always took care of anything we needed- mainly problems with internet and TV. He was prompt in answering. Larisa was also great and prompt in answering all my questions. The pool isn't huge but very nice and hot tub is always a hit. We also love the location. We will definitely be back.

Friends Getaway
We had 5 couples stay at the property for 8 nights in January. While the weather wasn't the best, we had a great time and enjoyed the amenities of the house. The only complaint was the wi-fi situation. With 10 people using the wi-fi, it was either slow or you couldn't get on. Also, most of the television was run on wi-fi apps, so it was very hit and miss on getting a good signal. Other than that, I would recommend this house for a large group. There is plenty of room to spread out.

Great stay in Cape Coral
Great place to stay in Cape Coral for a group but extra cost each night for more than four people. Pool, Hot tub, neighborhood, dock, etc, were outstanding. Two washers and dryers were awesome as were the beds, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas. Need better pans and internet connectivity, and the TVs were very hard to operate but other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great place for family
Our family stay was perfect! This house had everything that we needed for 13 of us. The only thing we wished we had was more plates. We felt like we were running the dishwasher after every meal. Otherwise the house was great. Loved that it had two sets of washers and dryers. The elevator was a great help, especially with getting luggage upstairs to the bedrooms. Tony was super responsive to everything we called about. Overall loved it!

Family vacation
Our family Florida vacation was WONDERFUL! 9 adults, 3 children ages 18 mos, 2 1/2, and 4, and there was plenty of room for all of us! Comfortable king beds in all the rooms, except the "shelf bed" room, large screen tv's, towels aplenty, great deck with ample furniture and grill. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked with the comforts of home: plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The dining room offered enough seating for all of us plus a few guests. The only downside was having to drive to the beach in Sanibel, which really wasn't a big deal. All in all, loved the house, the beautiful furnishings, and being in Florida in May! If we choose to make our annual vacation in FL again, we would definitely book this house. Thank you, Larisa!

Anniversary and family reunion.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances. The bedrooms are very large and the beds very comfortable. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for the pool. Loved having the washer and dryer available on property. We were a bit disappointed because the posting states there is a boat available, and there was not. And the area by the canal looks a little worn and tired, but to be fair, there was a horrible hurricane last October. Tony, greeted us when we checked in and was very helpful during our stay. This property really worked well for us as far as size and proximity to the airport . We would definitely stay there again, except for all the excessive fees that are attached to the reservation.

Family Reunion
Overall the house had plenty of space and was very lovely; however, the condition of the home and furnishings need attention and repairs. Also, I do realize this is a very large house but the housekeeping was not as we have experienced at other homes we have rented. Sent the Property Manager a couple of questions and concerns and did not receive a response during our stay.

The property offered plenty of room for our family of 16. The pool spa was nice to control separately from the main pool with little kids. Tony was a great property manager and helpful. The Wi-Fi was very sketchy and we tried several times to reboot per Tony’s direction which resulted in TV’s not working with streaming. The house needs a vacuum to keep floors clean for daily up keep. Just a side note for awareness- Extra coffee pot and one of the crockpots did not work.

We loved everything about this will be our house next year for family week!
The house was beautiful and bedrooms were spacious providing plenty of space for 14 to spread out. The pool and spa were a great add and the dining room was big enough to seat us all! We loved the laundry on-site and felt the home was well stocked and clean. We might say if possible to add a vacuum so we could have kept up on the sand better but we mopped and swept! We plan to come Back next year! Perfect for us!
