Villa Santa Rosa is located in the PRIME Yacht Club Neighborhood. One mile from downtown, entertainment district. Direct Gulf access with a 10k boat lift with an opportunity to rent our 24 ft, 2024 Bentley Tri-toon. On the end of a cul da sac road that offers privacy and minimum traffic. Enjoy sunsets in the electric heated pool(you control the thermostat) that faces the western sky. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has recently been remodeled, floor to ceiling in every room, including state-of-the art impact windows, doors and sliders. Located within 2 miles of Cape Corals best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. Take one of the four bikes to the Yacht Club Beach, that is 2 miles away.

Hard to leave!
Nice location, clean, fun little house. Pool was nice. We had a little trouble checking in, but that was probably more because my wife and I were on separate flights because of work. We would for sure stay there again. One thing is we used tap water for the coffee, I would not recommend that. Go get some water from the grocery store. The water in that city smells terrible.

Top notch property. From the lawn care to the interior, it was excellent. Saw no damage from storms the place was top shelf. The ladies enjoyed the shopping while we all enjoyed the pool. Summer trip
This is our second year coming to this area for a week during the summer. This house has everything you could need or want. It checks all our blocks needed..it’s very clean, quiet area, great pool and a boat lift (we bring our 24.7 Sportsman boat). Restaurants close by (our favorite was Boat House tiki bar and grill since we could go by boat as well) and there is a Publix real close, which is to my liking. Both Ryan and Talisa were great and made our week easy . We definitely recommend this place

Amazing 5 Week Stay
This stay was our first attempt at snow-birding while still working. The house was EXACTLY as advertised and was even better than all of the great reviews I it gets. The three bedroom, two bath house accommodated two remote workers perfectly. There is a nice desk in the primary bedroom and plenty of room in the dining area (and sometimes the patio) for two workstations. Our two college aged children and a friend each, joined us for 1 of the weeks. There was more than enough room for all 6 of us and the pool is so big and warm that the kids never wanted to leave the house. We rented a boat for 3 weeks and the location could not be better for a quick, easy ride to big water. You are two houses away from Bimini Bay and are then in a major channel that will take you right to the river and an easy ride to Sanibel, Captiva, etc. Ryan also has a great boat lift that was easy to use and accommodated our 29' boat with ease. If you don't have a boat but like to fish, there is plenty to be caught right off the seawall. There are way too many good things to say about this property! It is very well stocked with most everything you could need and if not already there, the Winn Dixie is only a mile away. Ryan also had a binder full of amazing restaurant and day trip ideas! We tried many and he is not wrong on any of his suggestions! Do not pass this house up. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one is top notch! Kudos to Ryan and his team for everything they do!!

Best Christmas ever
This was our first time in Cape Coral. We could not of chose a better house. The decor was beautiful. The house was clean, plenty of towels for the pool, beach and showers. The kitchen had everything you could want or need. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. We took advantage of the bikes, beach chairs and coolers that were available. This was one of the cleanest vrbo properties I have ever stayed at. The pool was WONDERFUL. The showers were clean, the kitchen was cleaned and well stocked with trash bags, ziplocks, kitchen utensils/cookware, spices. The managers were helpful and attentive. Comfortably slept 4 adults and two toddlers.
