The 2-room apartment is located on the mountainside of Gordon’s Bay and has a separate entrance. It is about 50m ² in size, absolutely quiet and furnished according to European standards. The 2-room apartment consists of 2 completely newly renovated and separate rooms, which are separated by a small staircase and 2 arches. In the rear area is the bedroom, with a large double bed, a closet and a cozy seating area. In the front area is the kitchen lounge and opposite it is a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a daylight window and has a corner bath with shower and a toilet. The front area has a large sliding glass door with a view of the garden. In front of the garden is a small terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture and on which you can sit outside in good weather. From the terrace you can reach the pool through the garden, which can be shared. If desired, vehicles can be safely parked in the closed courtyard behind the automatic gate. VPN-capable high-speed WiFi is available in the house. The house is secured with an alarm and connected to a direct security guard.
The view from the house is spectacular due to the perfect hillside location with sea views over the entire False Bay and on Table Mountain. The panorama is accompanied by the view of the sandy bay of Gordon’s Bay, the Sunset Beach and the old and new harbor.
As a cozy fishing village of Cape Town, Gordon’s Bay is the most relaxing base for exploring the Cape region. The two beaches Bikini Beach and Sunset Beach can be reached on foot in 10 or 3 minutes by car. This also applies to the old marina and the beach promenade in the village with numerous restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. A variety of shops, supermarkets and petrol stations are on site and can be reached quickly and easily. In Gordon's Bay the beautiful panoramic road along the whale coast to Betty's Bay with its penguins begins and you can reach Hermanus in 60 minutes. The hustle and bustle of Cape Town can be reached in about 50 minutes by car via the N2. The first wineries of Somerset West can be reached in 15 minutes and Stellenbosch in 30 minutes. The South African wine can be seen e.g. B. in the wine-growing areas after a wine tasting in Stellenbosch / Franschhoek or Paarl, all of which are easy to reach by car, choose and shop. For passionate golfers, there are a variety of beautiful and nearby golf courses. The trip to the Cape of Good Hope leads along the long beaches of Muizenberg through beautiful dunes. Ideal is the connection from Gordon’s Bay to the airport in 40 minutes - easy to find even after a long flight, or to calculate well for the departure via the fast motorway connection.
