Stay was was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The heritage wing is dated and has creeky wooden floors which was disturbing and a noise thats annoying. The heritage wing also needs a refurb. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

The food was excellent, everybody was super nice and friendly, especially Smiley, Memory, Lulu, Cynthia,Jade,the Chef, I think his name is Abdul. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean.
