Nice overnight stay
It was a nice stay for an overnight accommodations. Although, we wanted to extend our stay and eat at the delicious hotel restaurants again. Only downside was the fact that the cable/satellite services wasn't working on any of the TV's. Front desk did send someone for the evening but he only got 1 televison working and we ended up having the same issue in the morning. But the room and views were exactly what I requested. I truly wanted to stay longer and enjoy the space.

Fabulous location across the road from CTICC. Excellent breakfast options and friendly staff. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Small kitchenette but workable. Great WIFI in all areas. 24 hour reception was very convenient after work functions

Staff all very friendly and helpful, our room/apartment was well equipped for preparing snacks, meals if required. It was cleaned daily, regular fresh linen. Walking distance to the city, shops restaurants, lovely cafe and Asian cuisine attached . Transport for excursions picked us up from the door and bus stop for city sightseeing was on our doorstep, very comfortable stay thank you

Perfect location to city centre and tourist sites as well as easy distance from waterfront. Staff are totally amazing, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Very accommodating and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay at Onyx. We are returning customers. The staff were friendly, the apartments are clean, with good convenient access to key locations (via Uber). Given the weather conditions on my travel, I was hoping to change one of my bookings around 5 days before my stay, but having discussed with the hotel unfortunately the hotel was inflexible with the policy so I had to pay for one extra night which I didn't stay (appreciate that the cancellation policy was 7 days before).

The property is very nice and clean but customer service needs improvement. They told me that the rooms had universal ports but that was not the case. Housekeeper also stole money from my purse. I left my purse in the bedroom and had my big bills tucked away and noticed that they had disappeared. They were careful to leave the small ones to make it look like it had fell out of the purse but I made sure the zipper was sealed. I also noticed at the day of my checkout the houses rushed inside of the room as soon as I turned the corner even though she was tending to a different room. I turned back to ask about my missing money from the day before and she had a prepared response saying that she hadn't seen anything and took pictures of loose change in every room. I didn't have any lose change. Don't leave any valuables behind if you're requesting for room service. Very disappointed.

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable . We stayed with our 2 teens and we really enjoyed it! Everything spotless and a 15-20 min walk to the water front. Front desk was very helpful. Definitely recommend for a Capetown stay!!
