Beautiful views with very friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff were excellent. Room was very comfortable and well serviced. The restaurant was disappointing compared to others in Cape Town. Unusual menu and service was slow.

We have stayed at the Vineyard many times and return because of the fantastic experience we have in a fantastic location. A room with a view of Table Mountain, what is there not to like!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but not been there for about 8 years. The rooms have been upgraded but on the first night we could hear people in the bathroom next door making a noise and talking loudly at 3am. The sink in the bathroom took ages to drain probably due to being partially blocked. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was good with a great choice and seating outside when the weather was nice. Good hotel for Cape Town and location was convenient for Constanta and wine tasting.

Above our Expectations
Amazing! Our first time to Cape Town and we very impressed with the Vineyard. Way above our expectations. Everyone of the employees excelled at their position. We will definitely be staying again. Food was great from the lavish breakfast buffet or ordering from the menu. Dinner was also the best. The setting is breathtaking! It can’t get much better than The Vineyard!

Very pleasant stay with excellent food
Beautiful setting and view of the mountain from my room and terrace. Nice facilities. Carpet in the room was vey dated and letting the aesthetic of the room down. The main restaurant (Moori?) was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent quality & value plus well-presented. The service was good too but I would like to make a special mention for the female "host/Maitre d'hotel" (didn't get her name unfortunately) who was incredibly welcoming and attentive
