The Hotel was Very good. The Hotel was very nice and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. In the evening the bar was just right to have a night cap drink. The Hotel was in a very good location in bergamo Thank You.

Amazing view through the cafeteria window!! The hotel has a great location very close to the funicular station! We had to pay for the parking garage overnight other than that everything else was perfect!

Best hotel we've stayed in. The service and hospitality of this hotel is more like 5 stars. They were polite, amazingly accomidating, very approachable and helpful. I come back to Malgrate just to stay in this lovely hotel. The view from the rooms was breathtaking and the rooms were spotless clean and huge in size

Receptionist Georgia was simply amazing. The hotel is really good, this is our second stay. Location is great. Staff are all nice and polite.

Clean, easy, breakfast small selection but it was enough. Room a littke noisy as next to outside door. But overall ok, and i woukd use again for flight.
