Surrounded by a well-kept garden, the villa has a spacious and comfortable terrace, perfect for pleasant moments in the open air and ideal for admiring in absolute relaxation the extraordinary panoramas that only Elba Island can offer.
The house is divided into a main villa and two independent annexes. The main villa is composed of three double bedrooms and all three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom; a fourth double bedroom, with bathroom, is located in the lower part of the house and is normally used for service personnel, or babysitters and also has private access from the outside.
The property is completed by two annexes in the pool area. In the first there are 2 single beds, a bathroom and walk-in closet, while in the second there are three single beds and a bathroom. Both annexes are equipped with a kitchenette and can therefore remain independent.
