The Space:
Marina Villa 603 is located within the enclave of South Seas Island Resort with white sugar sand beaches and balmy breezes off the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This residence is located less than a 60 minute drive from Fort Myer’s Southwest Regional International Airport, 1 hour drive from Naples and 2 hours from Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The sunsets are amazing from this condo, the view is phenomenal and lazy days on the beach are so easy.  The sought after Marina Villas pool and grills are just outside your front door. Enjoy serenity and comfort as you view dolphins at play overlooking beautiful Pine Island Sound and South Seas Island Resort Yacht Harbor. You`ll find the view captivating, looking directly out to Pine Island Sound while watching boats come and go.

Guest Access:
South Seas resort remains closed until Dec 19th following damage from hurricane Helene and Milton, private rentals are however allowed. Hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators and laundry rooms remain closed, the pool and beach access are open and accessible.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Marina Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds.

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
