To start off, this hotel exceeded my expectations totally. From the moment we walked in, the lobby was beautifully lit with the best smell ever. The bar and the restaurant was delicious to lounge, have a couple of drinks and have the best food. Our waiter Seth and Alex were one of the nicest people we have ever met. The service was the best. The rooms were extremely comfy, super clean and modern. I was so sad to be checking out after our 2 night stay. We will be definitely come back next year.

Great stay here, had travelled all day of arrival and didnt get much sleep so i went for a little walk around the lobby, met Kelia the nightshift girl and she kept me occupied in conversation - great girl, really appreciated her giving me her time as i had a really stressful day - makes a big difference Hotel in general was great, restaurant food was amazing, staff were all great, rooms very comfortable

Property and amenities are great. However we got a room with a balcony and there were ALOT of mosquitos in the room.. I called the front desk to complain and she explained to me that the maintenance people wouldn’t be back till the morning and there was nothing she could do..

Very nice property in almost all respects but they should invest in a hot water recirculating system or fix the one they have. Bathroom sink and shower took over 5 minutes to achieve an acceptable temperature.

Great service, very convenient, nice amenities. This hotel is located near a walking path around a lake that also connects to the business district. There is a nice workout facility and a a good restaurant onsite with a fantastic bar area, including outdoor seating. The rooms are comfortable and functional and tasteful. We enjoyed riding the hotel bikes on the nearby bike trail.

Loved this hotel! I highly recommend booking a room with the Mountain Views! It’s breathtaking. Sayer checked us in and she was so wonderful. Very knowledgeable of the area and recommended places for us to visit. We stayed at this hotel to go to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. It was about a 20-25 minute drive and it was totally worth it. There were other hotels much closer to the hot springs but their reviews scared me from booking with them and I have no regret booking this property even though it was a little more expensive. You won’t regret staying at this property! I got a good nights rest. Did not hear any doors slam or the people next to us which is frustrating at times in other hotels. Don’t think about it and just book!
