On the ground floor: library office, living room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, washing machine, two terraces, barbecue, outdoor furniture.
On the first floor: a large double bedroom, a child bedroom with bunk beds, large bathroom with Italian shower and bath. Bed linen and towels provided.
The property is located 5 minutes from Iglesias, a charming Spanish town with all the shops and restaurants.
Less than half an hour's drive away are the beach of Porto Paglia (former tonnary) and the panoramic road that leads to Nebida, Masua, Cala Domestica, Piscinas and Scivu, deserted beaches of rare beauty.
At 45 minutes you can reach the small islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, and the coast of Sant'Anna Arresi.
Paradise with crystal clear waters, the area is also suitable for all kinds of sports activities, from horse riding to paragliding, from surfing to climbing, from cycling to trekking. Without forgetting the archeology (nuraghes, tombs of the giants, sacred well, domus of Janas) and the gastronomy! (Carignano del Sulcis and Vermentino are famous wines)
