Terrible experience. I have booked via Expedia. I was flying from Canada where there was a terrible weather the flight got cancelled initially then got rebooked. I finally got to Varadero around 11:30 p m ok 30 dec. I found a taxi driver which called the hostel 3 to 4 times to ask the address. The lady from hostel replied that no reservation has been made on my name and her hostel is booked. The taxi driver was very kind and finally helped us to find an accommodation in the middle of the Night. With all this mess and expenses that I had to cover the hostel charged also my account for one night and I still didn t receive any feedback if I can get any refund or not. Strongly don t recommend the place...
