Excellent Hotel
It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was very open relaxed atmosphere with really helpful staff and excellent breakfast excellent room. The only downside was the occupant next door to us came in at 3 o’clock and spent 20 minutes opening and shutting the door but you can’t help your neighbours.

It’s a clean and tidy set quality hotel, it delivers what’s on the tin , which was good. However insure if you drive and park you register on the park website because I was mislead to believe the hotel done it !!

We enjoyed our stay in Newport very much. Our room was very comfortable as were the beds. It was extremely clean and suited us well. Breakfast was great, with a very good selection of hot and cold items. The staff were lovely.

A great hotel
Really enjoyed our 4 nights in this hotel. Easily found (Google maps). Check-in was simple; the receptionist was very pleasant and polite. [I believe h8s name was Keith]. We had asked for an accessible room as my partner has mobility issues, and we were given a large bedroom with a wet room. Fabulous. However, after the first night, we found that the double bed wasn't suitable, so asked Natalie ( another receptionist) if we could change to a twin room. It was no trouble, and we were given an equally good bedroom. Everything in the hotel is easily accessible. Yes, the hotel is a little out of a town, thought there is a bus stop quite close. The stop, however, was a half km from the hotel and my partner couldn't walk that far. There was a mobile phone set up at the reception desk with an app to access a taxi firm, who arrived very promptly. Breakfast was fabulous! Everything was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Great hotel!
