Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The property felt safe and was in a good location. However, the room, though it was quiet, seemed neglected. The floors, carpet, carpeting in the corridor, some of the bedding, and some other surfaces throughout the room had crumbs, hair, and/or very large clumps of dust on them. I can only assume that the room had not been cleaned aside from replacing bedding and towels, and cleaning some of the bathroom fixtures.

The cleaning was not very good. My room was not vacuumed and they took more towels than they left. They didn't clean glasses in the room rother. There was a terrible sewage smell the second day on the bottom 2 floors. But the staff was friendly and the bar on the top floor was a great bonus.

Arrived at room which was very cold, unable to control heating, after a call to reception the room after about 1-2 hours got to 20c. The next day on returning to room the same issue occurred, I asked to move rooms which was done very quickly but again the room was cold but we were able to control heating but took 1-2 hours to warm up. I had looked forward to staying at Hotel Indigo but sadly the experience was disappointing.

Lovely big room which was spotless and as I had booked the hotel for my son’s birthday there were balloons in his room a lovely Happy Birthday msg on the mirror and two drinks vouchers what a lovely gesture from the hotel. Apparently the breakfast was excellent my son and his girlfriend were very happy 😁

The staff are excellent and the room was nice. It was nice and quiet. No nighttime noise despite the business and noise on the streets. Breakfast options were very good and the breakfast room was quiet. Location of the hotel is second to none. My only negative is the food at the top floor restaurant. Poor quality food and very little choice. I would stay here again but eat elsewhere.
