The staff was welcoming and cordial. The breakfast girl was efficient. The only problem I saw was the bottom seal on the shower door was insufficient. Water ran out on to the bathroom floor.

Had to switch rooms right away from how bad it smelled, new room was not much better. TV didn’t work the entire stay despite us saying something. Room keys would stop working multiple times a day and we’d have to get them reset. Air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool.

This property is very UNKEPT! Our room might not have been vacuumed in a long time ( found a red bottle cap and $0.15 on the floor and a empty chip sack in the chair. Bed covering had holes. Outsider premises in very poor condition. The property is OLD . No outside lights for security nor is there security on the first floor West entrance all night.The only positive is that it is on the interstate. There are only 2 tables in their "lobby" for breakfast

When we mapped this property enroute and followed the navigation guidance it kept taking us on a freeway loop because the hotels address is an intersection of a freeway and a highway of which the northbound highway road is at exit 6 and the southbound highway road is at exit 4. Navigation then maps it on the freeway halfway between the exits. Very frustrating to find . Recommend adding an actual strret address to your hotel.

Great place to stop for the night, right next to large Truck stop with multiple eating choices. Rooms were little outdated, bathroom door was a slider and hard to maneuver and kept others awake. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was courtesy and friendly when my original room was not cleaned especially the carpet. I was moved to a cleaner room right away. The bed is too soft for me.
