1. I requested connecting rooms. Instead I was given adjacent rooms. That's not the same thing. 2. When I made the reservation, I was not told there would be a parking fee. $22! 3. The thermostat was almost impossible to read.

I wish they had a better tv service that provided information on which programs are on what channels. It’s really behind other hotels. Also the building is noisy. You get for slams people above you or next door. Some sound you’ll have to explain to young children. The wall are that thin.

I needed to borrow or purchase a phone charger. Not available on property. The tv remote is not intuitive. No instructions in room. No one available at front desk. Location is understaffed. Staff that was there was very nice - not enough of them!!
