There was a leak in the hallway on the ground floor. A bucket to catch the drip. A couple of holes cut in the ceiling to view the leaking areas. Hot tub was so overfilled you couldn't sit in it without it overflowing onto the wall missing most it's grout between the tile.

Its okay but not great
Hotel was kept in decent condition and there were ample parking space during my stay and felt my car was safe. My room was clean at first glance but the carpets still had crumbs and dirt. My shower also had someone elses hair. Remote control did not have a battery cover. Hairdryer was sticky and in poor condition. I stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean so i left a day earlier than expected. Its not a bad option for a rural area but I had a bit higher expectations since they are Wyndham affiliates.

We got what we needed for the price. I was very happy with the staff as there was a mixup with our payment and they quickly fixed the issue. We were with kids and booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. The kids loved it and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was good for the price.

Rock hard bed and tiny little pillows. I asked the front desk to have someone look at the noisy AC. I come back from being out and she said the maintenance man said it worked just fine. I said, yes, I have AC - it's so noisy that I hear it even with my earplugs in. She said "Oh, he didn't say anything about that." I replied "That's what I asked you to have him look at!" So ya, a pretty horrible stay.

It started off nice. The room looked clean and updated but then around 11pm or air conditioner broke and stopped cooling. I called the front desk and they said the only option was to move. We had already unpacked everything and the baby was asleep so this was a very dreadful option. They assigned us a new room number and we had to move up a whole floor. We weren't offered any help moving all of our stuff. We were simply asked to go down stairs to get me room cards. They couldnt even bring those up. There was no attempt at at least a room upgrade if that was even an option. Then! We get to our new room and it smells like orange toilet spray or something weird which at this point it was around 1 am so We were just trying to get to bed again with the baby. The next morning we go to shower and the cold water hardly worked in the shower so we had to baith in really hot water. Later that day i called to see if they could fix it which the owner or manager came by to fix. Luckily we didn't have to move rooms again. At check out i was given a statement and noticed they charged me for snack shop items which i told them i didn't buy. The lady asked me if i was sure. Which i replied i am sure like why would i not be sure. Why am i being questioned especially after the two days of broken rooms. She removed the charges and i was finally out. Over all not a bad place but really we didn't have a great experience. At least the rooms felt clean i think and hope.
