Enter the comfortable living room, with uninterrupted estuary and castle views. Sit on an evening with a hot cup of cocoa or a glass of your favourite tipple and snuggle up in front of the 55 inch Smart TV and watch your favourite film.

The Local Area
Laugharne itself is an ancient town steeped in history, and a popular tourist destination with many great attractions in the area. With its easy accessibility to the M4, and prime location, also makes it a great base to visit Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
There is a good choice of eateries and lovely coastal walks, and some country pubs to sit and enjoy your evenings.
There are also a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area, ranging from horse riding, coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
Just a 20 minute drive away you will reach the lovely market town of Carmarthen, with so many amenities. Carmarthen offers a large selection of restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice for eating out. Or venture 10 minutes in the other direction and you will reach the 7 miles of beach at the famous Pendine Sands.
There are an abundance of attractions in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, ranging from stunning beaches, castles, Botanical gardens and Country parks.
For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park to name a few.
If you are a "foodie" then there is a fantastic choice of restaurants within a 20 - 30 minute's drive ranging from Coast in Coppet Hall to Y Polyn, just 5 minutes from Carmarthen.
A car is recommended but there is a limited local bus service available.
Nearest train station is Carmarthen or Whitland.
