Great location, big rooms and kitchen available in the room. But less facility inside the room like no AC, TV are too old, cant connect my phone with TV, nothing for kids, no room service, etc.

The only reason for the good overall was the room above us was noisy. Doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing between rooms so we could even hear them walking around.

For the price I was expecting more. Hotel rooms very dated. But did have full kitchen which was nice. We got to the hotel at 3:50pm and was told they didn’t guarantee rooms until 4pm and we would receive a text. So we went to the bar to order a drink and wait. We were never told as Hyatt reward members we should receive a free drink. I was told I could get Hyatt reward points even though I booked thru Hotels.com but that never happened. Finally at 4:30 went to see if they had a room ready since we never received a text and was guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. I was told that our room just got finished. After spending so much money to stay there two nights it was definitely a disappointment.

Overall good stay, amazing property landscape. Rooms can get very noisy if you end up on bottom floor with guest overhead. Woke up both days to overhead guest activity, seemingly just thinly built floor separations. Would stay again, just not on bottom floor with guest overhead Restaurant was great, great staff, good service.
