Spacious sea view apartment in a well-maintained small residence, seafront, 20m from Carnac's Grand Beach, 300m from a supermarket, 1 km from Carnac beach centre and 1.6 km from Thalassotherapy and Yacht Club.

Approximately 50m² south-facing apartment with beautiful sea view, direct beach access, terrace, garage and private parking space:
- Entrance leading to living area
- Fitted open kitchen with living/dining room: refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
- Living/Dining room: sofa, coffee table, TV unit, TV, table and chairs. Patio doors opening onto sea view terrace with outdoor furniture.
- Bedroom 1: 2 x 80cm beds, pushed together to form 160cm bed, bedside tables, lamp, storage. Door opening onto sea view terrace.
- Bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm bunk beds, storage.
- Bathroom: bathtub, single sink, washing machine, towel rack. Separate toilet.

Maximum 4 people. Electric heating.
Secure parking and private garage. Pets allowed (+25€)

Arrival: 4pm-6pm. Please notify in case of late arrival.
