Formerly named Tequila Sunrise, across the street from the beach, your cozy getaway awaits in Carolina Beach at this great 1954 cottage. 1200SF, with 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed in master and 2 full beds in the other, along with 2 bathrooms with showers, and porch with queen sleeper sofa and additional dining table, this property is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like W/D, and WiFi during your stay. And no stairs or elevator inside the house (1 step outside). Fall in love with Carolina Beach/Kure Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Walk across the street to 2 beach accesses. Also pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Contact me for approval if more. Fenced back yard with Weber Grill, Outdoor table to seat 6, additional chairs, and patio awning, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars in front of house. This property was absolutely beautiful and stunning! I live in Wilmington already but my mom was in town to help me celebrate my birthday and we are beach lovers and I decided to rent this cottage and it fulfilled everything that was posted on VRBO. When we woke up, the beach was right across the street and when we wanted to explore it was just close enough to see great restaurants and shops. When I needed to get in contact with Cathy, she was quick to respond and helpful. If you are looking for an easy-going perfect getaway with a kind and helpful host This is the perfect spot for you! Thank you for a great bday weekend Cathy!
