Beautiful view and very nice accommodation!
We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant, restful, quiet location. Perfect for a couple wanting to fish, enjoy nature, or just relax by the water for a few days. Even if you are not a camper person you will still have the feel as though you are in a really nice house. Juan and Shawna provided everything you need with very nice extras. We really recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The property was well kept and very clean! They were truly excellent hosts who went above and beyond during our stay. They took note that we were celebrating my birthday and even put up a happy birthday banner which made me feel so special and welcome! In addition then provided some snacks and made sure they were available if we need anything. We can't wait to stay again!

Exceptional property and hosts! You won't be disappointed!
Magnificent! This was our second visit to Juan and Shawna's paradise. Just can't say enough good about this property and its hosts. Everything is clean, well managed and the extra touches and treats provided were very much appreciated! Comfortable King bed, beautiful waterfront views and so very relaxing on the quaint "Forgotten Coast". The outside shower and bath with hot water was a pleasant addition since last visit. Thank you for sharing your bit of paradise with us. We'll be back!

Perfect Getaway
Salty Dog Oasis was the perfect place to stay for our trip. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They literally thought of EVERYTHING. The thoughtful touches to the RV are what made it a 10/10. The beach area is beautiful and they supply all that you need. The outdoor bathroom is a major plus. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate quite like we liked, we still had an amazing time and got to enjoy all the amenities even if only for a short time.

R&R at it's best.
5 days of sitting on the beach watching nature, reading, fishing, and a few beverages. We went out on St. George island, saw a cool WWII museum, had some good meals at local restaurants. Our 1st VRBO was great. thanks!

Our pup Daisy had the best “final “ beach trip. The hosts had us snacks, coffee and creamer, drinks and dog treats so that if you arrive exhausted then you won’t have to grocery shop until the next day. The hosts brought Daisy a beach bed so she wouldn’t lay on hot sand and fresh water. Overall amazing people to rent from.

No crowds here!
If you are seeking a quiet relaxing get away this is it. The only people you will see briefly are your hosts who live next door and they were the best VRBO hosts we have ever encountered. The place needed nothing just bring your clothes and food or restaurants are 4 miles away.

What a gem of a property, and owners! We felt spoiled all weekend as we were greeted with so many special touches around the RV. I could write so many wonderful words here about our weekend getaway, but I want people to know that this is one of the safest, cleanest, and amazing properties we have ever stayed in. Exceeded expectations
10-day stay while I worked. Great location very close to the water. Bird sanctuary about a mile across the sound. You can paddle over but cannot get inside the signs about 30 yards out. Still close enough to see every conceivable shorebird and their chicks scurrying around. Cranes, egrets, terns, gulls, pelicans of all descriptions. Binoculars make them close. I liked the location because there was no surf, so it was easy to launch a kayak or standup paddle board. The water is literally a few steps from the stoop. It was nice to sit in the chairs at the end of the day. The hosts are super nice and responsive. This is one of the few remaining quaint places in Florida. No high rises or gaudy t-shirt shops. Not many places to eat. A couple of family seafood restaurants. No fast food. One IGA store. I like that. RV is roomy for two. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning.

AMAZING!! Y'all were the perfect host, you thought of everything, things I did not even think of myself. Our welcome gift was truly thoughtful and very appreciative, thank you! I really appreciate the nice clean smell when we first walked in, refreshing. The outdoor shower was my favorite, we never used the indoor shower only because of the experience of the outdoor one was better.
