stayed overnight on a weekend for my Granddaughters birthday party, Staff was professional & friendly. The only issue I had was finding the Hotel. I drove in circles not seeing the sign for the Hotel. I saw the Motel 6 sign but the sign for the Hotel couldn't be seen driving by. I drove in to a Walgreens to ask about location and was told they didn't know location of hotel. Hotel needs to use signs you can visually see from Highway {at least Bullsboro Hwy34}.

HORRID EXPERIENCE
Horrible stay. The room was absolutely disgusting. The dresser has some sort of gooey substance on it, the couch cushions has what I can only guess were fecal stains or dried blood, under the couch had the same gooey stuff from the dresser along with something that was dried, white, flakey stains. The pullout couch could not be extended because the AC unit was too close. The customer service was beyond atrocious. We asked for a new room and was given one in the EXACT same condition and they gave us attitudes the whole time. We asked for a refund and the front desk lady was extremely snippy with me. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

Staff is excellent and worked to accommodate our early check-in request after a long flight. Hotel is nice, well maintained. Beds are comfortable Would recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was basic and clean. My main issue was that it was summer, and the air conditioner did not cool the room very well, and was extremely loud which made sleeping difficult.
