The hotel did not honor the amenities. I had specifically filtered the hotel for hot tub and when I arrived, they told me that it is not the season yet although we are in the season already. It was extremely cold how come the hot tub is not open yet. When I called Expedia, they told me that the hotel does not offer refund or compensation at all.. please be aware that the amenities that you see in the app are not guaranteed. I will not choose this hotel ever again.
