Good property especially with children. It is directly across the street from McDonald's and Frisby which both have kid play areas (Frisby is free). Easy access to cabs and Uber to take you everywhere. If you're here for business or on family trip wi5h children this is not a bad option. Breakfast is good which cold and warm options.

Hotel in general was good. The employees were very nice and helpful at all times including the front desk, dining, and cleaning crew. The hotel is well located but the lobby smells of humidity and also the rooms (we had 2).

It is not what I was expecting.
We were three people . Two adults and a child. Our first room was dirty, we found a cockroach and it was very small for the three of us. We got a new room and it was a good size but neither, the phone or internet worked, so if there was an emergency we were on our own. The elevator is horrible. It is a sauna. I had never been in an elevator that hot. I complained and they told me that there was nothing to do. So if for a treason the elevator breaks down and people are inside, people are not going to make it. It is a liability. The people at the hotel were kind and friend and always had a beautiful smile.

Nous avons réservé une suite pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avec un lit King et un canapé lit double (bien précisé dans la description de l’ameublement de la suite). Lors du Check-in nous avons demandé la confirmation que la chambre comprenait bien le couchage pour 4 personnes, ce qui a effectivement été validé. Cependant en arrivant dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que le canapé-lit était en fait une banquette individuelle. Nous avons réclamé à la réception et on nous accusé d’avoir réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. On nous a expliqué que ce n’était pas la responsabilité de l’hôtel mais bien la nôtre ou celle d’expédia. Après 45 min on nous a finalement attribué une autre chambre qui s’est révélée être la même suite 3 étages en dessous. Nous avons de nouveau dû batailler pour qu’on nous change encore de chambre vers un downgrade dans une chambre avec 2 lits doubles sans savon et une clim défectueuse.

I am so glad I picked this hotel to stay in for our family trip to Cartagena. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast bar options were exquisite. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Everything such as restaurants, malls, etc. are all in walking distance.
