It was a great room with an awesome view of the sea. One thing I thought was petty, there was a coffee machine in the room but you had to buy the coffee at an inflated price !

Excellent bell hop service, check in was long and they would not let us check in early. Laundry prices were outrageous & the morning buffet was very bland. Hotel is nice, but joining room walls are very thin so you can hear everything of your neighbors

Although I booked well in advance of my stay. The hotel was not able to give me the room I had reserved and the alternative room they suggested was too small for 4 people. They did not offer any option until late the second day after I had our family settled in the room first given to us. No effort was given to me to reimburse me for the difference in room costs. The hotel was nice and clean but I was left with a bit of a bad taste from the service regarding the room situation. Disappointed.

This hotel was honestly one of the best hotels my family and I have ever been to. The staff were so caring and always welcoming. The breakfast that was included was delicious and very typical in Colombia. The street that this hotel is in is perfect everything is at walking distance and all the locals are very helpful is your are lost. 10/10 experience

The room was big, the room had a large table that made it easy to accommodate all our belongings. The sink was outside the bathroom which allow my wife to start getting ready while I was showering. The only surprise was that I made two local phone calls and they charged me 7900 pesos which was a surprise. The phone calls lasted 30 seconds. The view was nice. We could see the ocean and the room had a nice balcony. The hotel provides towels to go to the beach. And there are a lot of options to eat around these areas. The breakfast at the hotel was decent. The last day they let me stay late due to a VIP status with Expedia. But overall, the location and the size of the rooms made this hotel my favorite out of the two I used during my vacation in Cartgena.

Decent but lacking in customer service
A very good size suite but without the finishing touches and lacking in good customer service. For an expensive property, I was very disappointed at the fuss made over a misunderstanding about the number of guests in a 3-bedroom room. The extra charges requested for a third person to use the empty bed were absurd considering how much had already been paid for the room.

This is by far one of the best property in Cartagena great location beach front dining you name it. My mom loves it my wife loves it there makes my day to see my family so comfortable on vacation thank you to the Manager who always check on me during our stay as well as the front door security and the front desk customer service is 2nd to none.

The hotel was good but at the entrance lot of water because the drains were clogged. It wasn't very pleasant since you use the entrance any time during the day The room service was good but needs to improve cleaning in the bathroom and floor During breakfast, I saw many broken hygiene standards like: people don't wear masks and gloves cleaning the tables with the same napkins people were used to, high risk for contamination and spread of diseases also the organization was horrible tables close to the line service and the people pushing you when your sitting, I sent observation to the manager but still needs improvement the city is dirty garbage on the streets and beaches but still need improvement
