Nice place on the beach
We upgraded to an ocean view and were put in a suite on the Pent house level on the 17th floor. It isn't a new hotel but, The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing sweeping views of the beach and the Cartagena skyline from the deck. My only complaint is that drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant couldn't be charged to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tried to add phots but was not able.

Everything was amazing at Hotel Dann Cartagena. The rooms were spacious and every effort was taken to ensure our stay was pleasant. Absolutely no complaints, staff was great. We will definitely stay at Hotel Dann when we return.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff.
The Hotel Dann lived up to and exceeded its reputation of a great hotel. The staff is what makes this place the best hotel in Cartagena. Add easy access to the beach from the pool and you have the best of both worlds. Breakfast and lunches that were had at the hotel never disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. And if you can, get a room with ocean view. It's breathtaking. Thanks to all the staff who made this hotel experience a great one.

Not good condition
I paid a lot for this room. The ceiling was leaking water, and the bathroom floor was just full of water from the dripping. I called, and they didn’t offer me a new room. They had someone come look at it, and he moved the thermostat a little, but it kept leaking all night. The AC did not work either.
