Everything was great. The pool area needs some fixing but not extremely. Staff were amazing, Juan and Fabian and all the guys by the bar are amazing. Will come back and always love staying at this hotel. Only thing is I met the cutest girl during my stay and I couldn’t bring her up to my room, wish they would change their guest rules but it wasn’t a dealbreaker

I love how the staff was so helpful and friendly but I don’t like that they promised me a birthday gift and I did not receive it and also the water pressure is terrible in the shower & you have to request for wash cloths
