Beautiful property
The property is amazing! Several dining options and a beautiful rooftop bar from which to watch the sunset. The property is well kept and comfortable. Well situated to walk into town and to hike the coast with a trail nearby. Staff was friendly, well trained and genuinely helpful except the front reception. They were cold, did not welcomingly receive you when you approached, avoided eye contact and talked to co-workers instead of you as the guest as they completed whatever small task you requested ... really disappointing since the rest of the staff was terrific

We can't say enough about our stay here! It was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and the staff were helpful, kind and knowledgable. Great cocktails and views. Walkable to the town, as well as to a beautiful beach for cave tours and a great restuarant. The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail is accessible from the resort as well, and a great way to experience the beauty of this area. We can't say enough about this hotel. We will return.

Everything was great with this hotel -the location & quietness especially, and the ambience in lobby area was great too. Only experienced a tiny hiccup in restaurant in one evening, as we turned up without booking and the lady staff made us feeling totally unwelcoming and kept us waiting for 3 minute or so without any greeting nor smiling/eye contact, luckily another male staff turned up and took us to table & settled, we ended up having a lovely evening again- appreciated!

The room i stayed for 2 nights had terrible motor noise on 6th floor specifically that corridor with boiler above. Other corridor we've been moved to on that same floor was fine. Don't take room 651 corridor.

Great Stay
Great location right on ocean cliffs of Algarve. Eat at the resort or better yet walk 10 minutes into town for an abundant choice of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, robes and slippers for in room comfort or to walk to the pools (outdoor or indoor). Buffet breakfast more than amazing. Staff friendly and helpful

Awesome property! We love our stay…the staff are wonderful…we saw the reviews…yes some areas can use some remodeling but don’t mind it at all…still very clean, very nice and very lovely areas. Will definitely come back! I think it’s the hidden gem of the Algarve.
