The people in reception were kind and friendly.
Unfortunately, the room was hot and I couldn’t manage the temperature to make it lower and cooler. Added to that, I was spending the night with my wife and we had only one towel to share and the TV wasn’t working. Moreover, the food and waiters in the restaurant were terrible. Also, for dessert, I ordered a crème brûlée. After they added its price to the receipt, they said that they don’t have it in the kitchen. I asked them politely if they could take it off of the receipt because I didn't like anything else instead of it. They said that they couldn’t do that and there was no manager to talk with and obliged me to get a fruit salad instead, rather than giving me the money back. They ended up giving me a bowl of unpeeled fruits in a paper bag. After paying the check with MAD currency, they gave me back the change half in MAD and half in Euros without even asking me if I needed Euros. Obviously, I have nothing to do with Euros because I live in the USA. They ended up giving me back the change in MAD after 20 minutes of wait. It’s a shame to still have this lack of professionalism and customer service in 2024!
