Room was good but food and service were terrible staff are there but they just talking we we’re waiting about 30 min and food was cold limeted and the same thing for diner there is no staff to talk with when they sew me no one come you have to go talk to them they not professional.i will never come back to that place .

Convenient shuttle to and from the airport. We actually took the train from Fes to the airport and were about to take the shuttle to the hotel. Great kitchen open late to accommodate travelers with a tasty menu. Clean rooms, hot water, AC could've been stronger but everything else was excellent.
